What we collect
Your account email and name; the content you create (chats, rooms, photos you upload, proposals, projects); and basic product analytics (which features are used, so we can improve them). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card.
How AI features work
Design-chat messages and photos you attach are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate responses. Under our paid API agreements, these providers do not use your content to train their models. The assistant also keeps a small set of working notes about your preferences (“Simpatico remembers”) — you can view and delete every item from the chat sidebar.
Camera & photos
The camera is used for augmented reality (placing art in your room) and for photos you choose to upload. AR processing happens on your device — camera frames from AR sessions are never uploaded. LiDAR room scans are stored with your project only when you save them.
Sharing
Content you explicitly share (public studios, buyer portals, proposals, selection sheets) is visible to anyone with the link. We don’t sell your data, run ads, or share your information with third parties beyond the service providers above (hosting: Vercel; database: Supabase; email: Resend; payments: Stripe).
Your choices
Export or delete: email us and we’ll remove your account and content within 30 days. Notifications can be turned off in iOS Settings. Assistant memory is user-deletable in-app.
